Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

The current agreement under Art. 28 GDPR contains the complete description of processing, technical and organisational measures, the feature-dependent sub-processor list, and instruction and contact channels. The presently available contractual document is in German.

Downloading the document alone does not conclude an agreement. The DPA becomes binding before processing starts by incorporation into the service agreement or express electronic acceptance. The customer or contract reference, accepted version and timestamp must be stored as evidence.

1. Download and review DPA version 1.2.
2. Send the company name and account or workspace reference to kontakt@franco-consulting.com.
3. Vantero confirms the incorporated version and time of acceptance in text form. Both parties retain that confirmation together with the versioned file.

An earlier service or processing period is covered only where both parties expressly agree to it; the document is not backdated.
