Data categories, providers, locations and a template for individual requests

Persistent platform data is stored on self-operated systems in the IONOS Cloud de/fra virtual data centre in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Depending on the model, tool or connected integration actively selected, necessary request content may additionally be processed in Germany, elsewhere in the EEA, the United Kingdom, the United States or through a global endpoint. The overview therefore distinguishes the general system configuration from the processing that must be verified for a particular account and period.
Vantero is in an early alpha phase. A paid subscription cannot currently be concluded, so payment and App Store processing for Vantero plans is not yet active.
The customer information covers data categories, hosting and provider locations, retention and training conditions, the DPA's minimum coverage and a fillable response sheet for individual privacy requests. The presently available document is in German.
The general provider list does not mean that every provider received data about a particular person. For an individual response, we verify the relevant identity, account or workspace reference, period, and the models, data zones, features and integrations actually used. Business customers processing third-party personal data through Vantero can additionally use DPA Version 1.2.
